		<description>Thanks for this. This article didn&#039;t mention that the  tendency to trigger too much insulin is determined at before birth. It comes from a nutritional shortage in pregnancy. For those with that tendency there will always be a problem of weight gain if they eat too much of grains and sugars. Resetting your weight has to be a lifetime change. The diet may change but the tendency to hyperinsulinaemia will always be there. For people with this tendency their bodies will always be in &quot;famine mode&quot; and they can live on very little.</description>
